I am noticing something fishy while watching the My-HiME / My-Otome... These facts came to my mind! If I am able to watch both of the series, I'll add up more fun facts as soon as possible.



~ Yuna's real motives are to petrify the masters of the Meister Otomes. If you've seen Yuna's sight in a moment there, she saw Yukino Chrysant and even tried to petrify her. However, she had to petrify Haruka because she blocked her way.

In the first place, she mimicked Nina's Ultimate form as the Ultimate Black Diamond.

How?
Simple. See episode 26. Nina and Arika was in space, right? Based on Wolvetta-san's info, Yuna awoke because of the clash between the 2 Super Meister Otome GEMs. Yuna took Arika's form, and finally Fumi Himeno's. Of course, she couldn't take the form of Nina when the GEM has been destroyed (except in the flashback in My-Otome Zwei episode 4).

~ Yuna's form and Nina's Ultimate form are similar. Why? You'll soon see...

~ Sister Shion Margaret from My-Otome 0~S.ifr~, Juliet Nao Zhang and even Tomoe Hinagaku from My-HiME Destiny all have similar hairstyles. They're not the same. Just similar.

~ There is a probability that the first Otome who wielded the Ultimate Black Diamond was also Fumi Himeno. (Edit. EDIT. EDIT!! Ok, I was wrong about this.)

~ Yuna did not petrify Mashiro because Fumi's memories hasn't been erased when Yuna took over her body, and instead, she merged with Mashiro only to reveal Fumi's child.

~ Midori, the leader of the Aswad hid from her colleagues that she is fond of cats.

~ Miss Maria Graceburt always reminds Natsuki Kruger of her grace, right?

What do you think is the reason?

*laughs* Actually, it is a funny thing though. She always reminds the word grace to the headmistress because it is the root word of her surname. Look below.

~ The whole royal family of Windbloom committed incest. It is to prevent any Windbloom royal family member to be captured by the Schwartz.

~ Lumen's cyborg body resembles Kiyohime.

~ The cats all around the MO series have the same body. You can tell their differences by the design on their foreheads. Look at Mikoto's cat and Juliet's cat.

~ Ever wondered why the meaning of MIYU from My-HiME has been changed in MO?

Alyssa Searrs had altered MIYU's original program after realizing that there is no need for MIYU to remain as the Multiple Intelligence Yggdrasil Unit because MIYU was created for extermination but then the Festival Arc is over, so Alyssa changed the program and made MIYU's program as Merciful Intelligencial Yggdrasil Unit with one aim: Watch for the future inhabitants of the planet they live on and the guidance of the guiding star.

~ Anh Lu and Fiar Grosse looked alike so much. They seemed to be twins separated at birth.

~ Mai's sponsor in Mai-Otome is none other than Sergay Wong.

~ Mai Tokiha no Kami Tariyori () is an ambidextrous gal.

~ Natsuki Kruger (:DR Kruger:) is a left-handed gal.

~ Coolaks in real life, are balls of cotton fresh from the cotton plant. (I just realized it later in the day.)

~ Shiho Huit couldn't be at the mission to break Typhon 1 asteroid. Because at one scene with Miss Yukino, Nguyen Bao and Natsuki Kruger, she was there.



~ The Super Meister GEMs are available only for two contracts. See the Blue Sky Sapphire. In ~S.ifr~, it had four GEMs. Then, during MO, it had only 2 GEMs left.

~ Some of the Meister GEMs in My-Otome which was used by the returning characters from My-HiME were based either on the color of their hair, what element did they used, or it is based on their CHILD.

Some examples are:

Mai >> Magatama and the Tomoe (not the person, this one:
Natsuki >> Ice (from Duran) and the Cartridge cannons
Shizuru >> Naginata and the colors of Kiyohime to her uniform

~ Earl was a copy of the Planet Earth.

~ Earlings (as what you would call an inhabitant of the Planet Earl) preserved the environment as much as possible despite the technology surrounding them.

~ Most of Earlings don't know what telephone is because the survivors of the fight of Fumi Himeno and the former Valkyries tried to unharm the environment unlike what happened to Earth. Seriously. Just ask the former Grand Duke Nagi Dai Artai.

Because of the family sin (incest) which Sifr Fran and Bruce Blan de Windbloom had done, Nina was born right? You asked me why Nina is not born retarded? It's because she was raised without parents, and another factor that made Nina not a retarded person is because of her love to Sergay Wang.

Well, although children born from related people have an high probability to be retarded or experiencing genetic problems it's not 100% absolutely certain, especially if it's the first time that it happens in that genetic line. ^^
European royal families did that for centuries, and only after generations health problems arose.

The silhouette in the omake looked more Tate-ish than Sergay-ish. It could be possible though, my only doubt is that nothing was ever built around Mai and Sergay in the series. Not even a mention by Sergay himself and he often thought about his girls.

Luu-sama, based on my observations, though the sideburns guy on the eighth omake looked more Tate-ish than Sergay-ish, still his clothings were identical--or rather same--with Sergay Wong's uniform.

That's very true, still the mystery remains open until we get more information from SUNRISE. I don't ask much from the Mai-Otome except prequels. WE NEED LOTS OF EM'.

Maybe. The Maki Maki Trauma doll is merely known. We don't know it's powers besides making a specific target turn into "spirals". Who knows?
