I remember heading off to the "big city" for grad school and finally meeting other gay people. There was actually a gay "community". Problem was, that's all they seemed to focus on....their gayness. It worked for them and made them happy I guess. But I needed more. I wanted to talk about other ideas, science, art, or learn to do something nifty (eventually I took up riding a motorcycle and scuba diving). Anyway, long story short, I didn't fit in there either. My early 20s were not a fun time. But I did learn a lot about the world and about myself.

I concur. We had a LGBTAQ club when I was in college. It was a very tightly-knit group and everyone was so focused on they gayness and putting labels to everything, it just really annoyed me.

All of my friends were straight, and most of them men, actually. I was perfectly content with that. Because guess what?! We actually talked about stuff OTHER than our sexuality and our struggles as a gay person (I mean, I had struggles, yes... but I don't feel the need to whine about it every 3 seconds), or fashion mistakes of a gay person (insert eye roll).

She must have been really conflicted...straight, but having so much animosity toward men. Go figure. I'm lesbian, but really like men. Perhaps she attracted the wrong type of men to her, but for some reason, I've tended to only end up around nifty guys??

It's hard to say really. Personally I think it comes from feeling betrayed or abused by men. I read several cases of daddy abuse leading to becoming a lesbian. Sounds like an escape to me. ^^; Not all guys will be like the abuser father. There's also the case when a confused female tries to give a guy a chance and when the SLIGHTEST thing goes wrong, she immediately rejects them all.

On the subject of fashion, most of my gay friends aren't into fashion. ^^; Even my lesbian members here at Multiverse don't seem too interested in it. Maybe I'm wrong. lol

Its because of people like that, when others hear that my father was abusive, they're like, "Oh so, that's why you're gay." No no no no it isn't >< Has nothing to do with it.

I'm a lesbian because I'm attracted to women, not because I hate men.

Best lesbian stories

Post by Amaya on Mon Apr 18, 2011 5:32 am

So, on behalf of Luu I am opening this thread for the best lesbian stories you have experienced, seen or being part of in your life. This idea came up because I posed that I got wasted on a lesbian party last weekend and to be true there are actually always a lot of strange things happening. I go to this one party once a month and sometimes you wouldn't believe Shiho Huit

I will start with the last party from this saturday but I will look up my livejournal for more great stories (women are unbelieveable at times) One good thing is that I can underline some of the stories with pictures because I am doing a part time job as photographer for this party. Yes, I am getting paid for photographing lesbians. The name of the Party is Mikoto-Galore. So they call me the Mikoto-Photographer which is rather rude Nina Wang

Okay on with the story:

Orignally, I didn't intend to get drunk. But then beer and Donna (a very attractive friend of mine -see pic below-) crossed my way and every time I am at party with her we both get like totally wasted and after having some beer she asked me to come outside with her because she told me, she has some liquor hidden in the bushes. Okay, you can imagine here is where it started to go wrong. Outside we drank the whole bottle and talked to some girls we didn't even know and then we discover a hidden door under a stairway and of course we just had to go inside since the door was unlocked. So, we where standing in a dark little I-have-no-idea-what-it-actually-was room or something with some chairs and desks and stuff. Suddenly two other drunk friends of us came inside behind us and one was stupid enough to smack the door close. And of course it was locked now -.- that just had to happen. So we were imprisoned in a strange room under some stairway the one girl who had closed the door was a bit freakish thanks to the alcohol and she kicked against the door, which was made of wood by the way and she was able to break one of the laths out. Well, I was certainly buring my head in shame from this point on because now the girls standing in front of the stairways (which was opposite to the entrance of the party) could watch us being caputred inside like dumbasses. We were still unable to get of their and asked them if they could help us. After a few minutes of starring and laughing the security came and searched for a key. We have eventually been freed but still everyone at this party knew who we were after that. Thankfully I was drunk and so the embaressment-level wasn't that high in the night but oh the next morning. Compared to other parties this was a very decent story but after I searched my lj there should be more mature stuff to write about. I just know that since I go to such parties, L-Word isn't over the top but the truth.

(( Very interesting story, though quite common around here. I'm from the city and do attend parties every so often (friends from work invite me. Word travels fast around here). Seeing how most of my local friends are gay, the events end up with a lot of drunk/slightly soft core porn antics. I've ventured into lesbian territory with my best friend, because she felt having a guy around would make the party more lively. After all, most of the girls I ended up meeting wanted to be guys themselves, as if they weren't already acting like 'em. You think what you went through was embarassing? How do you think the lesbians I barely knew felt when they realized they willingly made out with a guy? Martinis, doing Luu favors since 1996.

I must say that this Donna girl is rather good looking, thanks for the photo as well as the story. :) ))

((Once I hit 18, my older sister took me to a strip club she frequents.

She knew all the strippers there, and had her favorite, one named Jersey.

Jersey was pretty and all, but she wasn't my type, so I just sat around.

One of the exotic dancers came up and started chatting me up. She had long, milk chocolate hair with emerald eyes.

So, I was like, yes.

Her name was 'Kitty'. Also, as soon as I stepped into the club I began to shake in shyness and awkwardness.

So, Kitty and I began to talk.

To my surprise, the gorgeous stripper began to talk about video games xD

Calmed me down, and then my sister's friend bought me a lapdance with Kitty.

It was still awkward, but she made me feel calmer. She kept commenting on my cold hands and how they shook.

She found it adorable how nervous I was, while I found it annoying xD

She was very nice and I bought a second dance from her.

I haven't been there since that day, and I'm 19 nao.

XD I feel like I should go back and see how she's doing...))

@Nina^^ I would definitely go back and check up on her. A stripper named Kitty who likes video games sounds too good to be true. I never went to a strip club but maybe I should go and pay the coyote ugly a visit this weekend

@Kagura (really you guys and your names crack me up) I am glad that lesbian parties or gay parties in general seem to be very similar around the world. Although you will be surprised how good-looking and feminine the girls around here are but you'll will see in the later stories. Although I have to say that I should remember the Martini trick but I need to replace it with whisky cause me and Martini had a bad evening one day and since then we've parted ways

(( I've been to Germany before and one of my biggest regrets was not getting laid there. German women are so beautiful, but best of all, so daring. Through parties in Munich and Berlin (because we never stayed with the tour group), I really had some of the best times of my life. Germans know how to party. :3 Whiskey could work too, it helped me a lot in Italy. *good sigh* Italian girls, the Eternal happy-go-lucky chicks.))

((You're certainly right about this, German women are daring and beautiful plus they know how to party.

Okay, another story from the same party a few years ago: This one time my ex(my first gf--> and yes I know she's awesome) appeared at the party, what was rather strange since she lives some miles away from this city and never comes to that kind of party. But anyhow she was there and it was probably not coinscidence because on this one night my new gf (at that time, by nao also an ex(--> )-wow makes me sound slutty but in my defence: I was in a relationship with my first gf for over two years and with the second one for one year, so no sluttiness at all) couldn't come to the party with me because it was her farther's birthday. I felt odd because I hadn't seen my ex after out break-up but I tried to act as normal as possible. We drank some tequila (yes bad idea) and had a lot of fun. So we were standing at the bar all laughing someone suddenly tapped my shoulder from behind when I turned around my gf stood there with a much too friendly smile because she knew exactly who the person next to me was. I was like 'oh-shit' and looked nervously at both of the my.my gf wanted to be polite and said hello to my ex,but she just looked at her and turned away.Okay, nao the bitch-fight blew off. I couldn't help but stand between them since I wasn't used to be mean to either of them and I tried to stay on good terms with both. The result of all this was that both of them were crying by the end of the night and I felt like the worst person on earth. Lesbian Parties and drama sure are married.

So and what kind of story behind the photo below offers, you'll hear net time I post

Re: Coming out stories and Gay/Lesbian Discussion LGBT

Post by Amaya on Sat Apr 23, 2011 6:16 am

((And you shall get them^^I think soap-operas are actually based on lesbian-lifes^^ Okay, about the pic from the last entry.
When I started to take pictures for the party, I slowly realized what opportunities this opens  The camera seems to make quiet an impression sometimes. It's an easy way to talk to a girl. So, when I set my eye on one, I could always just go over and say "mind if I take a picture? don't worry it's only for the homepage of the party and not for my private pleasure" if she reacted in the right way I sometimes added "but maybe I'll make an exception for once ;-)" yeah sounds cheap but in the spur of the moment and with a bit of alcohol and smiling it was enough to start a conversation. That was when I wanted to get to know someone but the camera was also a good thing for girls to approach me. So, this one time I suddenly was encircled by those two girls: wich I didn't mind at all. They asked me if I could take a picture of them and I of course did. Later on that evening and with a lot more alcohol they decided it would be a great idea to make a little picture project where we take one pic of us at every party. Geez I should really edit my face out of the pictures. I look like I'm a pimp but I'm so not.

Drunk girls, music and camera equals a lot of fun for the person behind the camera since people tend to make themselves naked in front of the lens^^So many girls lift up there shirt without even asking.

Lesbians love to share. It's hard to have a girl that is faithful. For all I saw and experienced I can say that nearly all of them are cheaters. I pictured a lot of kissing girls and later on found out that the other girl hanging on their lips wasn't their girlfirend. One example:
I had set my eye on her for a while and after I've fallen for another girl(my ex-gf from last post) she came over to me at the party and wanted to make out with me (and believe me it was so hard to say no) My best friend saw my dilemma and "helped me out" if you want to call it that because helping out meaning she made out with her. (visible in the back of this double kiss shoot)
The kissing couple in the front was one of our(my ex and myself) best friends until I found out that my ex and the little blonde where making out whenever I turned my back on them -.- (actually she did that with three other girls too-yes I am dumbass I never noticed-love is evil and makes you blind. don't ever trust humans ) Anyhow, lesbians simply cannot get enough. Either they make out with random people or they prefer multiple kissing from the start.

Oh how I love the parties. If anyone of you is ever visiting germany, let me know. I'll take you to the party with me. Wait, we have german users...what about you girls? care to join?
Kino you're living in germany, you should come and take a look for yourself. ))

Re: Coming out stories and Gay/Lesbian Discussion LGBT

Post by Luu Sky Sapphire on Wed Apr 27, 2011 1:31 am

(( Just relieved some memories with an old friend on AIM who I haven't heard from in a long time. His name is Aleks, the only guy to ever ask me out...in a serious way. It's been 6 years since that happened, and 2 years since I last talked to him. nao I've been running into old faces a lot lately thanks to this forum promoting my good lookin' self everywhere, this case however is a tad different. Hopefully this will provide some more tolerance in this crazy world we live in.

Long story short, Aleks was a huge fan of my favorite anime/manga series (Sailor Moon), so being the only other guy at that community; we became fast friends. He always wanted to talk to me, but not like in a stalker way with PMs bugging me about meeting him on MSN so he can bore me about his life (I knew a girl like that, all her conversations translated to YOU ALL SUCK AND I AM GREAT.). No, Aleks talked to me every so often like a normal friend would. About a few months in, he not only sat me down to reveal his homosexuality, but also that he was in love with me. How many times have I heard from sensitives members of the gay/lesbian community say "Straight people always lose their minds when a gay person comes out of the closet". *wags fingers* Granted, I'm a man's man and I'm not the most straight-edged person there is. I have lied, cheated, stole and would probably kick someone when they're down if they deserve it. Only a wolf can catch a wolf, my philosophy. In this case, I did not flip my shit when he revealed two major surprises, if you can call them that. Wrong audience, but if there's anyone out there who doesn't believe homosexuality is real, you better get the fack out of my sight. The seclusion and ridicule remain, but homosexuality is more accepted nao than it ever was in the past. Just to show that our society is healing itself little by little (Tolerance, pass it on. A message from the Foundation of a less conservative-redneck planet).

My reaction was very calming towards Aleks. I told him that I appreciated his feelings, I was in that same position. There was just no future for us, aside from being friends. My attraction to girls was too strong, just not strong enough to be disgusted by his confession, know what I mean? The following days, I gave him several pep talks in order to help him feel better about his sexual preference. Today, sometimes I wonder why I care about people I barely know. Is it selfishness? That's what I thought until he greeted me nicely today with great news of him and his bf just celebrating their two year anniversary. He said he never forgot my words, support, whatever you want to call it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that straights understand their homosexual brothers, sisters and friends more than they know. Love and attraction transcends all, we all share the same joy and pain in the end. Only with the right support group can we truly embrace the joy. Thank you very much. ))

(( In all honesty from my wild nights, it's common to kiss random people during something like a rave. I can remember the flashing lights just taking over, feeling nothing but the soft lips of these crazy white girls at Club Abyss‎ in New York City, only a short year ago. Good times spent, though we all know it was for fun.

The kissing behind your back thing...I'm sorry but can you blame them? Look at the environment, it's a setting to have a good time in and not really build on something. Most of the girls at these parties either want to listen to good music, drink with their girl-friends or fack. 90% of the time, it's the former, you'd be lucky enough to bring home a little sweetheart to play around with. Unless that girl actually wants to know you the person, not the girl who she just licked from head to clit with, don't expect her by your side in the morning. :)

Great photos, we even got to see bewbs and a lot of sweet tattoos. :) As for Kino, you should get her to join you one of these days. The biotch works too hard, she needs some fun in her life away from drinking and Glee. Shizuru Fujino ))

Re: Coming out stories and Gay/Lesbian Discussion LGBT

((Right Kino, listen to Luu and join the party *loves Glee too btw*

@Luu You might right, that parties like this are there to have fun...I mean the title of the party is underlined with "The place where you meet your next ex-girlfriend" BUT I am not a fan of cheating. I mean kissing and making out with random people you don when you're single but if you claim to love somebody you simply don't do these kind of things. Maybe it's just me since I seem to be old fashioned, given that I never made out with someone that I wasn't in love with. I am a rarity in my lesbian friend circle. I am the only one who has kissed only three girls because I only had three girlfriends but still I believe that giving yourself away, even if it is just kissing, is something precious and I don't wanna share my benefits with everyone. I like to be untouchable to the inner lesbian circle. Actually the hard-to-get attitude is something the girls secretly like. For me, I don't have to make out with anyone to have fun. I mean I am to much of a Nastuki for this. I always relate such things to trust and therefore it's hard to tempt me.

I found this old story from 2008 on my blog and will just copy it, for you guys to read:

OKAY! I awoke at 3 pm today after I came home at 6.30 am from the best party of my life!!!It was just awesome. I don’t even know where to start. First I had to get some of my friends. I drove to the apartment of my so called fangirl who always wants me to sleep over and when I was at her door she asked if it’s okay if she brings someone else. I asked who and she said her roommate. Of course I was okay with that and then her roommate came out of the room! O.O BAAMM!! Really nao! So for the names the fangirl is named Alina and her roommate is called Eve.

Eve(left) and Sabine(right)

We got there and I started doing my photo-job.My coach was there, she really isn’t my type but she has something about her. And the girlfriend of m y coach was finally talking to me.we are so alike.we not only look alike we are alike. Okay the evening started peacefully.many women, many pretty women but nothing special. Then my coach came, grabbed me positioned me in front of a girl and told me I shall photograph this girl. I looked at the girl and she looked at me. I think my jaw dropped it was ALICIA! She was like “Omg Katja!” and I “Alicia…”

Alicia (left) and Gina (right)

Sabine(left) and Alicia (right)

So, yeah Alicia…We met each other in May and we used to go out for a while. Means we were on several dates but somehow we both were not ready it was too fast after my break-up with Laura and we haven’t had contact for months. It was so cool to see her. Okay Brian was annoyed because we were hanging out together the whole evening^^But it was fun. And I was busy taking pictures anyway. There was a gig from a band and I had to take pics. So I was standing on the bass box next to the stage (yes I hated it that everyone could see me).the stupid lesbian singer came to me at the bass box and wanted me to shout in the microphone but I only took pics^^SO AND THEN!!!the spilled sparkling wine over me T_T I could save my camera and two seconds later Eve, yes the hot roommate Eve, positioned herself behind me on the bass box and began to dance behind me and when I say danced behind me I mean she encircled my waist and rubbed her hips against me @_@ then she started to lick the sparkling wine from my arm from my wrist to my shoulder and I swear I almost passed out because we were standing on this box and all the lesbians in the crowd were shouting and cheering for us @_@ suddenly it was super hot there. I was really really dizzy. This woman I cannot handle. After the concert I went straight to the bar and got me a coke.something to cool down but Eve stroke again. I was talking with Brian and said “the barkeeper is so slow.I’m thirsty!” and suddenly Eve was there whispering in my ear “you know, you look even more stunning when you’re angry…” MENTAL NOSEBLEED!!!!and I blushed like an idiot, she was just giggling and blinking at me @_@ A bit later Alina and Eve left and me Brian and Alicia decided to dance for a bit.YAY for rock music. I swear every girl in this room knew me because of my photo-job.They came to me and asked m e if I can take a picture of them and for whom I take the pics.damn it was so fun. So at 6 am we decided to go and drove Alicia home. It was very cold and didn’t wanted her to freeze while waiting for the bus. Such a cool evening and night!!!

my coach, Brian, Alina, Eve

So that's for the journal entry from 2008. This girl Alicia and I were dating for awhile. I remember this one morning (we were walking around all night) when I drove her home and she got out of the care saying her goodbye's, she suddenly turned around before closing the door:

"you can stay over if you want to..."

Can you believe that I was idiotic enough to say no? I mean I didn't get the idea of what she was referring to. I mean how more Natsuki can one be? Only on my home I realized what she wanted to tell me Nina Wang

It's so much fun to read these stories, Amaya ö_ö I am bit jealous and on the other hand I don't really know, if I do like those parties with ALL this happening ö.ö

Thumps up for your attitude when it comes to faith and cheating. I am the same.

Gleeeeee ftw.! XD

So many different stories... not surprising when you think how varied life is I guess.
Big hugz to Luu for the above :)

Unfortunately for me, my coming out was a bit like a mosquito after a flame. After some humming and harring, I decided to tell my closest friend that I fancied our mutual best friend. At the time she handled it so well, I decided to tell the rest of my friendship group, who all handled pretty okay, (one of them properly questioned me, sort of asking "are you sure?". I don't really think I got round to... 'convincing' her that I am all with the lady love) Thing is, a few months later, it was as if I hadn't come out at all. By this, I don't mean I was expecting constant recognition, tbh I only wanted to tell the people I'm closest to and answer truthfully if anyone bothered to care. What happened was at that moment in time, all my friends had crushes or were going out and there was a sudden need to find me a boy because I hadn't mentioned my love interest... Kind of made me give up and just stick to the "ask and I might tell".

My parents on the other hand:
I tried to tell my mum that I was gay, but she started laughing saying how she had a feeling I was worried whether I was gay or not (erm... I am and I'm not worried about it Mother!). My Best boy friend who I've known since we were both 5 had just come out the previous year, and mum said that seeing as we're constantly competing with each other, this was just me trying to "one up him" or something like that.
I think I may leave the second attempt for when I find my other half so I'll have solid proof lol or I might just stay leaving hints around the house... How does the boxset of "The L Word" sound?

haha, I'd love that one^^

Ii think most people only start to really believe it if you "show" them by having a partner. My mother sometimes is still referring to it as a phase that will eventually go away even after I had three girlfriends during the last seven years and not one male companion outside of my best friend who is gay. I did wait until I got my first gf because I didn't want to confront anyone with the news until I wasn't sure myself

Yeah. I agree with the whole "I'm not sure myself"... I was 16 going on 17 when I first spoke to them, so they definitely thought it was a 'phase' (My crush at the time even said "People are only gay because it's fashionable right nao.") The thing is, I've noticed that during sixth form, I had to force myself to like guys to appease the majority, but without even noticing, I was easily falling for my best friend... grrr

Bit of a sticky phase if you've had three. haha Must be a repeat "offender" Wink

Rainbow wristbands and bright pink vests aside, you can't wear gay. Gay comes from within if that who you truly are. :) Just like my straightness comes from within. When you find a suitable female partner, Sunny, those around you will accept it in due time. After all, love is never evil. Denying those in love, no matter the genders involved,...nao that shows what kind of person you really are. :)
